1. Shipping Fees
We offer a flat shipping and delivery rate of 25 SAR for all orders within Saudi Arabia.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We support the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method for your convenience.
Please note that an additional fee of 25 SAR applies to all COD orders.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Major Cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, etc.): Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
Other Regions & Cities: Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days.
Orders placed during weekends or national holidays may require additional processing time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment directly through our courier partner.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 2-3 times. If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
